How to Request a Refund

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Taxes on Refunds

Since we are not registered under GST and do not charge GST on our products/services, no GST component is included in the order value. Accordingly, refunds issued will be limited to the amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
