Shelf life varies by product category. Pickles and preserves: 6–9 months from manufacture date. Dry products (mukhwas, pachak, candy, masala powders): 6–12 months. All shelf life dates are printed on the packaging. Once opened, store in a cool dry place, always use a clean dry spoon, and consume within 4–6 weeks for best flavour.
