The Andhra Pickle Trio brings three of that tradition's greatest expressions together:
Tomato Pachadi — slow-cooked tomatoes with sesame, red chilli, and tamarind, a condiment found on every Andhra table.
Gongura Pachadi — sorrel leaves cooked with sesame and red chilli, the condiment Andhra is most fiercely proud of.
Allam Pachadi — ginger pickle with tamarind and jaggery, a flavour so layered it takes three bites to understand.
